Account Deletion

Patient Account Deletion

Patients can delete their own accounts through the mobile app
Caretakers can delete patient accounts through the web dashboard
Account deletion requires typing 'DELETE MY ACCOUNT' or 'DELETE PATIENT ACCOUNT'
All user data is permanently removed from our systems

What Gets Deleted

User profile information (name, email, phone, profile picture)
All assigned tasks and task history
All notifications and notification history
